“1 stjerne er endda for meget til EDC Ballerup. Et vennepar købte hus gennem dem, og ca. et år efter kom kommunen og konstaterede, at dele af huset ikke var lovlige. Det endte med krav om ændringer og et værditab på omkring 200.000 kr. Det er helt uacceptabelt, at sådan noget ikke er afklaret inden et salg. Det værste er, at mægleren uden problemer kan sælge huset, men når der senere opstår problemer, så er alt skrevet sådan, at de fraskriver sig ansvaret, og køber står alene med konsekvenserne. Man føler sig ærlig talt snydt, selvom det hele på papiret er dækket ind. Min klare anbefaling: Stol ikke blindt på mægleren, og få altid egen advokat og gennemgå alle oplysninger om lovlighed, byggetilladelser og BBR i mindste detalje. Ellers kan det blive en meget dyr oplevelse. Jeg ville personligt aldrig handle gennem EDC Ballerup igen.”

“Response to EDC’s reply: It doesnt mean that if you “didn’t” converse with me directly (which is not true.We have spoken couple of times when my husband wasn’t available), that I was not part of the process. And please stop bragging about Selling the House at second highest Price in the locality. We had to release the house in 45 days and we had to do all the shifting to a rented apartment and storage places and do the shifting again to the new house and all this during the “holiday” period. If it was not for your agent who kept comparing our house to other houses in the locality and stressing us out as if our house can never be sold(quite opposite to Nybolig who managed to sell 2 houses within 30 days at the asked price) then we wouldn’t have accepted this offer. Seemed like your agent was working on behalf of the buyer instead of the seller. Should I mention that your agent ghosted us from start of June when the first sale process failed. It wasn’t the holiday period then. No one bothered to follow up on how the handover went. My husband and I both had expressed dissatisfaction with how the viewing process is going during the first month itself but you ignored it. So stop lying my husband didn’t express dissatisfaction. You guys must be in a different world to assume we were happy with the process and no reason to complain. We would have appreciated the feedback about our house if it was shared proactively but we were shared this feedback only after 3 months after the first sale process failed and that too when we kept asking again and again what can we do to help the sales. Til then all we could hear was the people said the hall is small which we could not really do anything about. Hence the comparison with other houses in the locality is a criticism to our house and also shows your incapability to sell the house. Mind you it’s a rækkehus we are talking about so the space normally would be same in the locality. Administration fee is what we were told by your employee when we enquired about this amount and we have the email as the proof. There is a big difference in 625 kr which was stated in the budget and 2500kr which was charged to us. So people, don’t trust their budget estimates also because this is the difference you can expect. And lastly we have moved on with our life but not without sharing piece of our mind about your branch in Ballerup. And also ask your agent to stop bugging us so we can continue to “move on with our life”. It should not just be about money all the time, customer relationship should also be considered which we were not satisfied with. ————————————————————————— I would not recommend EDC Ballerup especially the sales agent Tobias who is very unprofessional and rude. This guy was praising our home when he wanted to choose them and when they were not able to sell our House then he started blaming that our House is not good and other houses in our lokality is better than ours. This is not something any houseowner would like to hear. They have no process or strategy to help or guide their customers. Lot of fake promises in the beginning but could see no efforts from their end. Towards the end of the sale process (after we got a buyer), we were left in dark for days, not knowing what the next process is so we can finalise our next home. I would have given zero star if there was an option for that only because of Tobias’ attitude towards us.”
