“I must share my opinion about this agent. The agent assured me that there would be no payment if I cancelled their services and that the house would be sold during the six-month contract period. At a follow-up meeting after about 100 days, the agent tried to make me feel guilty, as if it were my fault that the house had not been sold, and lied that the house had been advertised everywhere (which is easy to verify). In short, I wasted 13,000 kr on technical reports and six months of selling the house, and in the end I received an invoice for several thousand kr for one post on Facebook edc. In the end, it's one person's word against another's. I advise against it, unless you want to waste your time.”
